("PST") (collectively, "Released Parties") and their immediate family members (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse) and/or those living in the same household of any such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void in Alaska and Hawaii and where prohibited by law.

How To Participate: Between 10:00:01AM ET on 5/1/05 and 9:59:59AM ET on 6/1/05 ("Promotion Period"), visit: 1.) www.lifetimetv.com, fully complete the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided, and click on the "Submit" button to receive one Sweepstakes entry; or 2.) www.ezsweeps.com, select the Lifetime Television tab and click on the enter button to receive one Sweepstakes entry. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address to enter. Limit one entry per person and per valid e-mail address per day, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries received on either site from any person or e-mail address during any one day of this Sweepstakes will be void. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes each day will begin at 12:00:00AM ET and end at 11:59:59PM ET with the exception of 5/1/05 which will begin at 10:00:01AM ET and 6/1/05 which will end at 9:59:59AM ET. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry or similar devices, with the exception of entry on www.ezsweeps.com as set forth above, is prohibited and entries through such devices are void.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on/about 6/10/05 by PST, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail on/about 6/10/05. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person, family or household.

Prizes: (1) Grand Prize 2005 Grand Caravan SXT (Approximate Retail Value "ARV"=$27,625). Federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, acquisition fees, destination charges, freight delivery, any costs associated with collecting the vehicle, and any options not included with automobile as designated by Sponsor, and all other expenses not specified and related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize are winner's sole responsibility. Winner must have proof of insurance and a valid U.S. driver's license to take delivery of Grand Prize and must take delivery at a location to be determined by Sponsor. Allow up to twelve weeks from winner verification for delivery of vehicle. (1) First Prize: 3-day/2-night trip for winner and up to three guests to New York City consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major airport near winner's residence in the U.S., quad occupancy hotel accommodations at the Flatotel Hotel, and (4) tickets to see the Broadway musical Little Women (ARV=$3,300). Actual value of prize may vary depending on winner's city of departure. Travel and hotel arrangements to be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel and accommodation restrictions may apply. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor and within one year of a prize being awarded or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if the winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of New York City as determined by Sponsor. Exact seat locations at Little Women to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If any prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason (including, without limitation, if Little Women is canceled or postponed), travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) and Sponsor will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of equal or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor. Prize details not specifically set forth herein are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply. All costs, including federal, state and local taxes, meals, alcoholic beverages, excursions, processing fees, tips, insurance, and other expenses not specifically identified as included in a prize, are the sole responsibility of the First Prize winner. Total ARV of all prizes=$30,925.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor due to prize (or portion of prize) unavailability and then for a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of equal or greater value. Grand and First Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release (the "Affidavit/Releases") within 5 days of issuance of notification. First Prize winner's guests must be 18 years of age or older as of 5/1/05 and will also be required to sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within 5 days of issuance of notification to winner. Noncompliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Designation of the winners is subject to verification of the Affidavit/Release. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or other activity related thereto, or use of any vehicle Grand Prize winner may secure) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension at its discretion, select winners from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination or suspension.
