Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of 6/1/06. Employees of Lifetime Entertainment Services ("Sponsor"), EZSweeps.com, AutoTrader.com L.L.C., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S/T") (collectively, "Released Parties") and their immediate family members (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of any such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

How To Participate: There are two different methods of entry. Between 10:00:01AM ET on 6/1/06 and 9:59:59AM ET on 7/1/06 ("Promotion Period"): 1.) Lifetime Online: Visit www.lifetimetv.com, fully complete the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided, and click on the "Submit" button to receive one Sweepstakes entry; or 2.) EZSweeps Online: Visit www.ezsweeps.com, select the Lifetime Television tab and click on the "Enter" button to receive one Sweepstakes entry. Limit one entry per person or valid e-mail address per day, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries received from any one person or e-mail address during any one day of this Sweepstakes will be void. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes each day will begin at 12:00:00AM ET and end at 11:59:59PM ET with the exception of 6/1/06, which will begin at 10:00:01AM ET and 7/1/06, which will end at 9:59:59AM ET. The name of the "authorized account holder" associated with any given e-mail address will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, or misdirected entries or email messages; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections including those through and/or by www.lifetimetv.com and/or www.ezsweeps.com; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; printing or other errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic, cellular telephone related or otherwise. The use of automated entry or similar devices, with the exception of entry on www.ezsweeps.com as set forth above, is prohibited and entries through such prohibited devices are void. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only.

Winner Selection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on/about 7/10/06 by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail on/about 7/10/06. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

(1) Grand Prize: $10,000 awarded in the form of a check (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") =$10,000). Taxes, if any, and any other expenses not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, or substitution of prize except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and then for prize of equal or greater value. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within (5) days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Designation of winner is subject to verification of the Affidavit/Release. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for the purpose of winner announcements on Sponsor's television programming (and the advertising and/or promotion thereof) and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification and 2.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension at its discretion, select winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination or suspension.
