Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of 2/20/06. Employees of Lifetime Entertainment Services ("Sponsor"), EZSweeps.com, Anomaly, Marriott International, Inc., ESPN, SANYO North America Corporation, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, hotels, resorts, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S/T") (collectively, "Released Parties") and their immediate family members (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse) and/or those living in the same household of any such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

How To Participate: There are three different methods of entry. Between 10:00:01AM ET on 2/20/06 and 9:59:59AM ET on 4/1/06 ("Promotion Period"): 1.) Lifetime Online: Visit www.lifetimetv.com, fully complete the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided, and click on the "Submit" button to receive one Sweepstakes entry; 2.) EZSweeps Online: Visit www.ezsweeps.com, select the Lifetime Television tab and click on the enter button to receive one Sweepstakes entry; or 3.) Text Messaging: Text the Keyword NATION to 58463 (LTIME) using a wireless device capable of 2 way text messaging (you must provide your own device). Once you have properly text messaged the Keyword to the Short Code, you will be sent a reply via text messaging confirming your entry. You may opt-out from participating in this Sweepstakes via this method at anytime by sending any of the following words to 58463 (LTIME): STOP, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL. The name of the "authorized account holder" associated with any given wireless telephone number (used to enter by sending a text message) or e-mail address will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person (i) who is assigned to a wireless telephone number by a wireless service provider or (ii) who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, or misdirected entries, text or email messages; failures or malfunctions of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; cellular equipment towers, telephone systems or wireless services; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections including those through and/or by www.lifetimetv.com and/or www.ezsweeps.com; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or wireless phone/handset related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; printing or other errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic, cellular telephone related or otherwise. The use of automated entry or similar devices, with the exception of entry on www.ezsweeps.com as set forth above, is prohibited and entries through such prohibited devices are void. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on/about 4/13/06 by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail on/about 4/13/06. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person, family or household.

Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: 5-day/4-night trip to Frenchman's Reef & Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort in the U.S. Virgin Island of St. Thomas for the winner & up to (3) guests consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major airport near winner's residence in the U.S., standard quad occupancy hotel accommodations, and $1,000 spending money awarded in the form of a check (for winner only). Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of entire Grand Prize =$7,000. Actual Grand Prize value may vary depending on winner's city of departure and final flight itinerary. Travel arrangements must be made a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to date of departure and are subject to availability. Blackout dates are from April 1, 2006 through May 31, 2006 and December 23, 2006 through March 31, 2007. Other travel/accommodation restrictions may apply. Winner and his/her guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. Trip must be taken within one year of Grand Prize being awarded or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and his/her guest(s) must have valid passports/visas (if required) and all other required documentation prior to departure and are responsible for obtaining all travel documents. Winner will be responsible for all meals, insurance, incidentals, upgrades, gratuities, ground transportation and for any other expenses, including federal, state and local taxes not specifically stated herein. (10) First Prizes: For each First Prize Winner, (1) Mobile ESPN handset and free service for six (6) months (the "Promotional Period"), which includes the following wireless services (the "Service Allotment"): Voice: Maximum of 1350 daytime minutes per month, plus unlimited nights and weekends; Data: Mobile ESPN Pro Sports package and Web Browsing (wireless data features); and Other: Maximum of 100 text messages per month (sports alerts decrement the text message bucket). Note: All other available services (including, for example, Directory Assistance (411) and downloads of ringtones and wallpapers) are NOT included in the Service Allotment and will be charged to the First Prize winners' respective Mobile ESPN accounts during the Promotional Period. WINNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CHARGES AND FOR ALL TAXES APPLICABLE TO CHARGES BILLED TO HIS/HER ACCOUNT DURING THE PROMOTIONAL PERIOD, INCLUDING SERVICE ALLOTMENT CHARGES AND OVERAGE CHARGES, IF ANY. To activate the Service Allotment and begin using the Mobile ESPN service during the Promotional Period, Winner must (i) agree that the foregoing terms and conditions apply during the Promotional Period; and (ii) sign and agree to the terms of the Mobile ESPN Subscription Agreement to open a Mobile ESPN account. Winner will receive a monthly statement throughout the Promotional Period detailing all charges billed to his/her account and all charges due, as applicable. At the end of the Promotional Period, Winner will have the option to continue as a Mobile ESPN customer. If Winner decides to continue as a Mobile ESPN customer, he/she will be subject to a credit check. Winner must pass the credit check in order to continue as a Mobile ESPN customer. If Winner elects not to continue as a Mobile ESPN customer or does not pass the credit check, he/she may keep the Mobile ESPN handset, but will no longer have Mobile ESPN service. At the end of the Promotional Period, any unused services left in Winner's Service Allotment will expire. Total ARV of Grand and First Prizes=$16,800.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize (or applicable portion thereof) of equal or greater value. Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within (5) days of issuance of notification. Grand Prize Traveling companions must be at least 18 years old, and will be required to sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Designation of winners is subject to verification of the Affidavit/Release. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for the purpose of winner announcements on Sponsor's television programming (and the advertising and/or promotion thereof) and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification and 2.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or other activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any travel or travel-related delays or cancellations. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension at its discretion, select winners from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination or suspension.
