By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address to enter. Limit one entry per person and per valid e-mail address per day, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries received on either site from any person or e-mail address during any one day of this Sweepstakes will be void. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on/about 3/10/05 by PST, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Miscellaneous: All costs, including taxes, meals, alcoholic beverages, excursions, processing fees, tips, insurance, and other expenses not specifically identified as included in a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winners. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor due to prize (or portion of prize) unavailability and then for a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of equal or greater value. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee supplied by Sponsor. Grand and First Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release (the "Affidavit/Releases") within 5 days of issuance of notification. Grand and First Prize winners' guests must be 18 years of age or older as of 2/8/05 and will also be required to sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within 5 days of issuance of notification to winner.
