Carmine "The Big Ragu" Ragusa (Eddie Mekka)
Carmine is often popping in and out of Laverne and Shirley's apartment. After all, Shirley is his "best girl" — even though he is frustrated that she won't commit to him. He is always there for the girls, whether to help them out of a jam or sing a little song for them with his fabulous voice. No doubt, the guy's a great pal — and performer.
