Don't forget to add Space to the list of TV networks to have the show renewed by.

i love scifi now but if they renew bt i will love them even more. even though the took away flash gordon i will love them even more if gina holden is on scifi since they cancled flash gordon.

I am so sick of all the good shows being canceled. I love blood ties so do my friends I wish there was something I could do. If anyone can tell me how I can help just let me know and I will pass it along to people!!!

imjustaguy is right. Lifetime is NOT renewing Blood Ties. 'October 12 episodes' are refering to last season. Anyway, I think we should try to contact other channels again. A list of possible channels should be made, including SciFi, FX, TNT, ext. Then, in an organized and profesional way, tell these channels what our goal is. I'm sure we can find at least one channel, that is at least interested in continuing the show.

BLOOD TIES IS NOT COMING BACK ON OCTOBER 12. PLEASE READ OTHER POSTS BEFORE POSTING ABOUT HOW EXCITED YOU ARE THAT IT IS COMING BACK. LIFETIME DECIDED NOT TO RENEW. THEY SENT OUT EMAILS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO CHICKEN TO POST IT HERE. ANY INFO YOU FOUND ABOUT NEW EPISODES IS FROM LAST SEASON. AS OF RIGHT NOW, UNLESS ANOTHER NETWORK PICKS IT UP, THERE WILL BE NO MORE EPISODES.

I Love Blood Ties to and I am glad it is coming back it is oct. 12 so I will be very upset if they take it off now.

I'M A BIG STEPHEN KING, DEAN KOONTZ, BENTLEY LITTLE FAN. WELL THEY TOOK THE X-FILES AWAY, THEY TOOK BUFFY AWAY, THEY TOOK ANGEL AWAY, THERE WAS ONE SHOW ON FRIDAY NIGHT ON CBS..CANCELLED, AND NOW BLOOD TIES. I WILL MISS IT AND THE FINE YOUNG ACTORS ON THE SHOW. I KNOW THIS WILL DO NOOO GOOD, BUT PLEASE RENEW IT FOR VERY SAD OLD ****.

I am very dissapointed in lifetimes cancellation of blood ties. The series was inventive and quite entertainig. I am a longtime Tanya Huff fan was pleased to see a network willing to present her most popular stories. I understand it is being replaced with a reality show, which most of us are sick to death of. If I want to see reality I'll walk around the block, please bring back this wonderfully entertaining show.

I love BloodTies and I looked forward every week to the show. Lifetime needs to bring it back. HBO is coming out with a vampire show to capture that audience, so Lifetime should listen up and bring it back.

I wonder if there will be anything worth watching on Loosertime this season??? Somehow I highly doubt it. They had their chance with Blood Ties but they blew it big time.

I am so sick of television "people" telling me what is popular and what isn't! I hate reality television and Blood Ties was the one show I could look forward to. Now, Lifetime is taking that off the air and replacing it with some of the most stupid programming EVER! Luckily, HBO listens to the actual viewers and is making a show called TRUE BLOOD! Hey, Lifetime, here's a concept! Listen to your viewers!!

I love blood ties. When I seen it go off air and the last two episodes not aired I was very disapointed. I think blood ties is very interesting and I use to tune in whenever it was on. Please bring it back.

That is so annoying, some other channel needs to pick up the show. The end of last season just wasn't satisfying. I hope someone else picks it up.

whatever imjustaguy just posted in his Aug 31, 2008 10:36 am ET post, that's the story. (That LIFETIME has cancelled any chance for renewal BT on their own Tv network.)

I wouldn't expect LIFETIME to show repeats of BLOOD TIES either on TV. It probably won't be happening -- ever. Maybe the eps will still be shown on this web site as webisodes (which is a plus only to those able to watch them that way), or iTunes, or the regional DVDs, but I highly doubt if the eps will ever return onto LIFETIME's original network TV. They did have it for a while on the "LIFETIME FOR REAL WOMEN" (or LRW network), but I wouldn't expect it back ever on the regular channel.


..and just an observation -- I have to log in just to read these comments. hmmm, either that's paranoia or the forum blog has turned *private* only. *sigh*
