zaranti16, Liftetime will not be doing any new BT eps. We are emailing other networks to see if we can find someone interested. Because we don't know how long this board will be here we have set up another site for all to go to. Just register at wordpress, your user name and email. And you can upload your fav BT pic that will appear by your post. Just wanted to again put it out there if this site is gone tomorrow.

thanks bludtizfan -- about the eye-glasses write up on laceym's TvGuide blog...

I don't know if the ML folks can top what's in there... they may be topping everywhere else in numbers, and with their own donating blood campaign, but to pull inspiration out of the ML series in the way Vicki did way back in the beginning of BT from "Blood Price" (which sounds sort of ominous and prophetic within its very own title in many different ways ;-)... well, let me just say -- *that* is what makes *Blood Ties* that much more special. :-)

It was encouraging to see how someone (several of you folks, and each of you *know* who you are =), long ago, picked up on the fact that Vicki's character was losing her eyesight in her life's journeys, which affected her entire career choice.

----- to see a bad experience -- i.e., Vicki's vision problems, and find inspiration looking beyond and being compelled into bringing help to our *real* world of visually impaired people from all over the planet -- that was an inspiration that tugged deep within the hearts of everyone touched by it. It's also amazing and *AWESOME* to see it actually being put forth into operation and will hopefully be doing (the greater) *good* to benefit those who are in greater need. ;-)

And we all have both everyone who worked on the actual BLOOD TIES Tv series, and also Tanya Huff to thank. Without her, Vicki wouldn't exist, and neither would the idea of the entire premise BT is based around -- a female P.I. who is losing her sight, but has greater visions in helping the rest of humanity above her own handicaps. :-)
