The Nanny

Nanny was a great way to laugh and start the morning. i do my exercises laughing, Put it back on. Who needs desparate housewives at that time. The people that watch that are usually sleeping at that time of the morning. I don't want to see Naked women at that time of the morning either. Extremely depressing. Bring back our laughter. Bring back Nanny!!!!!!

Come on Lifetime - Pay Attention. Your viewers are telling you that we need to start our days with The Nanny. Bring it back - for the sake of our mornings - PLEASE. BRING BACK THE NANNY. No one wants to watch DH or How to Look Good Naked.

I agree with the others. I have been starting my day with the nanny forever it seems now I get "Desperate Housewifes" yuck, give me a break, then The Golden Girls are being replaced half the time with "How to Look Good Naked" Just how I want to start my morning - I'm Lost! Bring back The Nanny!!!!

I dont even watch lifetime anymore. the programming is just awful. it used to be my favorite channel. now i dont even like it anymore. it used to be the one place with wholesome shows i could even watch with my grandkids now i cant because of things like how to look good naked. how do you explain that to kids????????????? VERY DISAPOINTED

Bumping my earlier post up so that people can see this and contact Lifetime about this. Come on people... get on the phone... it's worth a long distance call to save our Nanny! Call the main number and someone will transfer to viewer relations where you'll get a recording, but you can leave a short message. If you require a call back from them, leave your name and number. But PLEASE make the call and at least leave a message! Let's light up the pbone lines!

It appears that Lifetime is not paying any attention to the long list of comments / complaints about taking The Nanny show off in the mornings. Maybe we need to call them or write to them! If you choose to call, their office hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (EST). Come on people, we need to have our voices heard so we can get The Nanny back!

I just wanted and needed to add my comments to LifeTime Staff and I fully agree with all the comments about bringing back the Nanny just this week I found out that it was on later in the morning & we at HGH @ Miller House were thrilled then bam the next day the Nanny is yanked off your AM line up? at HGH we have around 26 houses that each have 6 maximum Consumers {Residents} along with 3 staff and 2 bosses plus a nurse and various other people coming and going? All enjoy watching the Nanny well mostly we enjoy watching "our Guys" watch the Nanny They don't deal very well with change in their routine and losing the Nanny is a big change every morning we have on the Nanny for our "Guys" as they get ready for their day weekends were hard enough to miss the Nanny but now? I understand that you were looking for a Wives group of TV shows but the Nanny fills that type of a show just fine! Who better to represent the want and the need to marry the Mr.Right than Miss Fine??? And Consider placing the "Desperate Housewives" on after the Nanny and the Golden Girls then you have got all the wives issues covered the I gotta get married to the Thank God its over and I can get on with my life to the crappy being married lets sleep around and have cat fights and by the way I would be great at scheduling as long as it doesn't interrupt with my job with the Home of Guiding Hands? 9/5/08 I AGREE with everyone!! I've been starting my day with The Nanny for years!!! I'm sleeping at 2am and Desperate Housewives? Come on! It's not fair...something has to be rearranged! I can't find any seasons past 2 on dvd and I'm withdrawing here! Bring Miss Fine Back!! PLEASE!!!

I have already expressed my opinion !!!! BUT LIFETIME, ARE YOU LISTENING ????? WE WANT "THE NANNY" BACK. COULD YOU AT LEAST GIVE US A RESPONSE TO LET US KNOW WE ARE BEING HEARD. ANYWAY, I was here between 8 and 10 this morning with nothing decent on TV, so, I thought I would check the boards and sure enough there are MORE dissapointed people still writing about it and sure enough there STILL IS NOT A REPLY FROM YOU !!!! By the way, who needs to watch reruns of shows that are still being made? How long is the "How to Look Stupid in Front of Millions of People" going to run??At least get a "hostess" that would know something about looking good. Oh yea, I have only watched that dumb show halfway, ONCE!!! BRING BACK OUR NANNY. HAVE YOU CHECKED THE RATINGS FOR THAT TIME SLOT ????

I totally agree with all the other comments!! Where is the Nanny? I watch very little tv but what I cannot do without is the Nanny from 8-9 and The Golden Girls from 9-10. Please reconsider and move Desperate Housewives to a different time slot (or not at all).

What happened to one of my favorites shows?! The Nanny, I turn the t.v. on at 7:oo am central and Desperate Housewives is on, what the hell! Come on why wasn't it announced or something like that I could have been ready for it. Now Desperate Housewives is on, I'm a housewife and I'm not that desperate to watch that show too early in the morning that's something for the afternoon or later in the day, why did you have to mess with one of the best shows you have on Lifetime? Can't you just put it back? It really ruined my whole week. Thanks Lifetime!!!!

I'm so upset that the nanny was replaced by Desperate Housewives in the 8-9 a.m. time slot.Desperate Housewives deserves a nightime slot like 9-10p.m.I watched the nanny every morning before I went to work. I only have the first two seasons on DVD,and who knows if they are ever going to release seasons 3-6. Please bring The Nanny back soon.

I just discovered Community. I am so happy to learn there are so many of you out there who feel as I do about The Nanny. And I'm utterly crushed that Lifetime took it off the air....yet again. Whoever makes this decision has no idea how important this one show is to all of us. If I had to sum it up I would say being able to turn on the tv at 8:00 a.m. in the morning and see the entire gang for yet the umpteenth time, is akin to going across the yard, or street, or hallway to visit a friend for coffee....familiar and satisfying. The best way to start the day. I never found any other show to be so special, including I Love Lucy. And watching on DVD is not the same. The show needs to simply be on the daily tv schedule and ready for a visit.

I also can't believe The Nanny is gone, it's such a great show, light and funny and such a good tonic for the soul. Please bring it back. I tried to buy the series but you can only get 2 out of 6 and I'm not sure if they have plans to release 4 - 6 so what's the point? someone at Lifetime made a stupid mistake replacing it with Desperate Housewives!
